Rae Williams

Rae Williams has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Rae began their career at Sandboy Textiles as a Sample Fabric Assistant. In 2008, they also took on the role of Sample Weaver at Roger Oates Design. Here, they worked directly with Head Designer Roger Oates to develop new collections of woven flooring solutions and update/re-design existing collections. Rae also demonstrated technical proficiency in Textile Design processes. In 2012, Rae became a Textile Workshop Technical Demonstrator and BA(Hons) Textile Design Lecturer at Hereford College of Arts. In 2014, they took on two roles at Roger Oates Design, UK Trade Sales Account Manager and Sample Coordinator. In 2018, they became an Account Manager at MHI Mail Handling International, where they were responsible for artwork approval, organization and implementation of e-Commerce accounts and their products, as well as sourcing economic and cost effective postage solutions for clients. In 2020, Rae became an Account Manager at Ecosurety. In 2021, they took on the role of Key Account Manager at Loopin. Currently, Rae is a Business Development Executive at Teemill Tech Ltd and Global Key Account Manager at BaseKit.

Rae Williams obtained a BA(Hons) in Textile Design from Hereford College of Arts between 2007 and 2010. In 2021, they obtained a Key Account Management certification from LinkedIn and in 2018, they obtained a QA Level 3 Award First Aid at Work certification from Qualsafe Awards.
