Baseline | nervous system resets for real life
— helping teams recover from stress, not just manage it.

Your people aren't struggling because they don't know they're stressed. They're struggling because knowing it doesn't change how they feel.

Stress isn't the problem. The problem is the stress cycle that never closes. The activation that stays switched on through back-to-back meetings, difficult conversations, impossible inboxes — and the commute home.
That's what Baseline was built for.

What Baseline does

100+ body-first somatic resets, under three minutes, matched to where someone actually is. At a desk, between meetings, before a difficult conversation. No streak, no guilt, no performance. No one around them would even know they were doing it.

Why it works when other tools don't

Most wellbeing tools ask people to think their way calm. But if someone is already activated, their thinking brain isn't the part that's available. The body doesn't update on insight — it updates on repetition, on small consistent signals that it's okay to complete the stress cycle and come back down. That's the gap Baseline fills.

Who we work with

We partner with organisations who want to give their teams something that actually works in the moments it's needed — not at the end of the day when the moment has already passed.

About the founder

Baseline was founded by Marie Keutler — psychotherapist, somatic practitioner, and peer-reviewed researcher with years of clinical experience in stress, burnout, and trauma.

Work with us

We work with a small number of organisations — the ones where someone on the team has quietly been thinking: our people are capable of so much more, and stress is getting in the way. If that's you, we'd love to talk. Not a pitch. Just a conversation about what your team is actually carrying right now, and whether Baseline could help.

What's the most underestimated cost of stress in your organisation?
