The region’s most complex special situations require more than traditional advisory. They require absolute alignment.

Operating at the critical intersection of corporate law, distressed finance, and high-stakes stakeholder mediation, Baseline Alignment Solutions (BAS) is an advisory-led platform designed to quietly align the conversations that matter most between creditors, banks, institutional investors, and sovereign decision-makers.

Supported by sophisticated legal capabilities and law firm–level execution, BAS provides strategic legal solutions across corporate restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, banking and finance disputes, distressed asset recovery, construction and real estate disputes, commercial negotiations, dispute avoidance, and high-value dispute resolution and representation. Its approach combines legal strategy, commercial pragmatism, and stakeholder alignment to preserve value and unlock sustainable outcomes in the most demanding situations.

No legacy constraints. Just resolution.
