Marcus Bäck is an experienced professional in the fields of construction economics, project management, and business development. Currently, Marcus serves as a Partner at Baseline AS, where the focus is on cultivating a community of experts in production planning for large infrastructure projects. Additionally, Marcus is a Partner at Zeitmaps, a web application specializing in visual project scheduling with a location-centric approach. Previously, Marcus held leadership roles at MAGNET Systems Finland as Business Development Director, and DynaRoad Oy/Topcon Technology Center Helsinki as Director. With a Master of Science in Construction Economics and Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and another Master’s in Industrial Engineering and Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Marcus brings a strong educational background to a career marked by strategic growth and innovative solutions in technology and civil engineering.
