In an AI-driven world, the traditional barriers to entry for software engineering have shifted. While the volume of code is increasing, the "signal" of true engineering proficiency is becoming harder to detect. Basely Technologies was founded to build developer-first hiring and dev tools that prioritize real technical depth and developing with the velocity and skills needed in an AI driven world.

Our Story
Basely was founded on the principle that technical evaluation should be as rigorous as the systems we build. The company is the result of the growing need for hiring tools that cut through the noise of AI applications, and development tools that increase velocity to production.

Our founder, Nathan Jones, recognized the execution gap in modern technical hiring and developer tooling while balancing his dual life as a 2nd-year Computer Science student at Durham University and Lead AI Full-Stack Developer at the UK startup Feasibly.

Basely is the solution to that gap - a platform built by engineers, for engineers.
