Mitch Shaver

Mitch Shaver is an experienced professional in business development and operations management, currently serving as the General Manager/Sales Manager at Finished Basements Plus since January 2014, where responsibilities include driving company growth in revenue, profit, partnerships, staffing, products, and processes. Prior to this role, Mitch held the position of Operations Leader with Agility Health from August 2013 to January 2014, focusing on re-organizing and managing a private practice business by building culture, implementing reporting and marketing strategies, and evaluating cost structures. Mitch also served as Area Vice President at Physiotherapy Associates from March 1997 to August 2013, overseeing executive P & L responsibility for 40 outpatient clinics with 150 employees. Early in the career, Mitch began as a physical therapy technician and worked up to the role of Senior Group Director after becoming a licensed physical therapist in 2000. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Physical Therapy and Bachelor's degrees in Biology and Health Science from Oakland University, obtained from 1992 to 2000.
