Michael Hartman

Michael Hartman has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Michael started their career at TIS/Apple Computer IMC in 1992, where they led a team in supporting Apple products in networking environments and localized Apple products for the Czech market. Michael then moved on to InternetCZ -> EUnet -> KPNQwest, where they held various roles from Sales & Marketing Manager to General Manager and Country Manager. Michael was involved in supporting and leading the market change in telecommunications due to the internet's advent and played a role in building a fiber-optics data network. In 2003, they joined Panasonic ČR as the Business Systems Leader, responsible for industrial Panasonic products and market development. Finally, since 2007, they have been working at BaseN as the Regional & Country Manager of the Prague office, overseeing the Central European operations of the IoT & Big Data processing Platform provider. Overall, Michael has extensive experience in managing operations, market development, and strategic planning in the technology industry.

Michael Hartman attended Brno University of Technology from 1983 to 1988, where they earned a degree in Technická kybernetika (Ing.). In 2001, they also briefly attended Cranfield School of Management, although the specific degree and field of study at this institution are unknown.
