Basesix sounds like “basics”, and its not a mistake. Our experience has taught us that bigger isn’t always better, and in many cases the basics get lost when company processes get in the way. The leadership of Basesix encourage the fundamentals that make our company and our interactions enjoyable, manageable, simple, celebrated, and most of all, adaptable to what is needed. Big companies often lose their sense of personal service, because processes and software take the place of human interaction.
