Andrew Stoe

Andrew Stoe is a seasoned talent acquisition and people operations leader with extensive experience in building and scaling recruiting functions across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder of BaseTalent since June 2017, Andrew helps early growth-stage companies in the SF/Silicon Valley and EU markets establish strong recruitment foundations. Previous roles include Interim VP of People at Fonoa, Interim VP of Talent at Lilium and GetYourGuide, and Head of Talent Acquisition at Asana, where a twenty-person team was built and the company grew significantly. Andrew's background also includes leadership positions at RockMelt, eBay, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Addison Search, and CareerBuilder. Andrew holds a BSBA in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.
