Abu Qader

Abu Qader is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in machine learning and computer vision. Currently working at Baseten since July 2022, Abu focuses on model performance optimization. Previous roles include software engineering internships at Vercel and Twitter, where Abu contributed to internal security services and open-source repositories. Experience as a machine learning engineer at Wilder AI involved developing machine learning models for various industries, while a computer vision engineer position at Cornell University Unmanned Air Systems resulted in significant improvements in automated target detection. Abu also co-founded GliaLab, managing the development of products for radiologists, and played a pivotal role at Omelas in building data systems to combat online terrorism. Abu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science from Cornell University.
