Michael Feil

Michael Feil is currently SVP in the Shipping Department at Baseten, where they focus on LLM inference and client-side performance infrastructure. Previously, they held several positions, including Technical Staff at Gradient, where they contributed to accelerating LLMs, and a Teaching Assistant at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, leading workshops in mechanical design. Michael also gained experience as a Data Science Intern at Bosch Rexroth and served as a Guest Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems. They hold a degree from the Technical University of Munich, graduating with distinction.
