Daniel Schlup

Daniel Schlup is an experienced professional with a diverse background in military leadership, crisis management, and corporate communication. Schlup served as the National Contingent Commander and Senior National Representative for SWISSCOY 26 with the Swiss Armed Forces International Command from January to October 2012. Schlup's career includes various roles, such as a board member at baseVISION AG, the head of Continuity and Crisis Management at SBB CFF FFS, and a member of the Kader in the economic national supply area within the Federal Administration since November 2018. Education includes a degree in military security policy and strategy from ETH Zürich, corporate communication management from Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW, and specialized training from the Geneva Centre for Security Policy. Currently, Schlup is involved in academia as an advisory board member at HSLU Hochschule Luzern and operates a consultancy under the name ds-resilience.
