Adam Cham

Adam Cham has a robust background in chemical engineering with extensive experience at BASF, where since August 2013, Adam has held roles ranging from Chemical Operator to Production Superintendent. As Production Superintendent, Adam leads an engineering team supporting the Polyamide-6 plant and manages a team of five direct reports. Previous roles at BASF include Technology Specialist and Operations Compliance Engineer, focusing on optimizing production processes and ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior to BASF, Adam served as a Technical Service Intern at Evonik and worked as a Graduate Laboratory Trainer and Research Assistant at Rutgers School of Engineering, where Adam specialized in laboratory techniques and green nanoparticle synthesis. Adam holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers School of Engineering, with a minor in Music.
