Andrew Gutacker is a Senior Vice President and General Manager at the Geismar Site, specializing in transforming team and site culture to achieve safety, production, and commercial results. Previously, they served as Plant Manager for the La Porte and Baytown Facilities at Air Products, overseeing operations, maintenance, and environmental compliance. Andrew held several leadership roles at The Linde Group and has extensive experience in pipeline operations and management across the U.S. and Canada. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
