Andy Ling

Andy Ling currently serves as the Head of Learning & Talent Development for BASF in the APAC region, leading the company's strategy and operations in this area since August 2024. Prior to this role, Andy held significant positions at Roche, including Global Business Area Lead for Strategic Pipelining and Global Talent Strategy Partner, where leadership involved managing talent across various commercial functions. Experience also includes serving as Director at BTI Executive Search, where Andy led the Consumer Markets & Corporate Services practices, and as Practice Lead at Solomann Executive Search, focusing on executive search initiatives in Southeast Asia. Early career roles included positions at Korn Ferry and BTI Executive Search that emphasized key placements in senior leadership within diverse industries. Andy earned an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and a BBA in Management from the University of Memphis.
