Andy Sullivan

Andy Sullivan serves as the Labor Relations Regional Manager at BASF, where they manage all aspects of labor relations, ensuring compliance and supporting the HR/business strategy. They previously held positions including Director of Employee Relations at Reyes Holdings and Human Resources Manager at Ingredion Incorporated, showcasing a strong background in labor negotiations and employee relations. Andy began their career as a Business Representative for Teamsters Local No. 238, where they were the chief negotiator for numerous collective bargaining agreements. They earned a Master’s in Employment Law from Nova Southeastern University and hold degrees in art studies and commercial design.
