Anupam Sharma

Anupam Sharma has accumulated extensive experience in the manufacturing and operations sectors, with a current position as Operations Manager at BASF since July 2012, where responsibilities also include Digitalisation as Site Captain. Prior roles include Plant Manager and Operations Project Manager at Subros Limited, and Deputy Production Manager at Motherson Group, among others. Anupam's career began as a Process Chemist at DSM Chemical, transitioning through various roles in production engineering and project management. Academically, Anupam holds a Senior Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and qualifications in Plastics Engineering and Software Engineering.
