Arnaud Meissonnier

Arnaud Meissonnier serves as the Director of Corporate M&A at BASF since August 2025. Prior to this role, Arnaud was the CFO of trinamiX GmbH from December 2020 to August 2025, overseeing finance, controlling, procurement, supply chain, IT and digitalization, quality management, compliance, and served as interim Head of HR. Arnaud's extensive experience at BASF from December 2002 to December 2020 includes leading the Global Business Unit Controlling for the Nutrition & Health Division, managing strategic and operational controlling, and overseeing regional M&A activities in Asia/Pacific. Arnaud began career in corporate audit and project management within the operational controlling and M&A sectors. Arnaud holds degrees from the University of Tübingen, Bond University, and EM Strasbourg Business School.
