Austin Miller

Austin Miller is a Maintenance Excellence Leader at BASF, where they oversee critical operational functions. Prior to this role, Austin served as an Asset Effectiveness Engineer at BASF from 2018 to 2025 and was a Reliability Center Coordinator at Flint Hills Resources from 2014 to 2018. Austin holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Lamar University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, Austin completed an Executive Education Program in Technology, Operations, and Value Chain Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2017.
