Aymane Selmani, PhD, is currently a Lab Team Leader in Crop Protection and Fungicide Discovery at BASF. Aymane completed a postdoctoral research position at RWTH Aachen University and held several research internships at prestigious institutions such as Imperial College London and Syngenta Crop Protection. Aymane earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Organic Chemistry and Catalysis from Chimie ParisTech, where they also obtained a Master's degree in Chemistry and an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering. Throughout their academic and professional journey, Aymane has contributed to various research projects focusing on organic chemistry and catalysis.
