Previously, Barbara held various roles, including Regulatory Scientist in Consumer Safety at BASF SE and Head of in vivo Pharmacology at Pharmacelsus GmbH. Barbara earned a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München and is recognized as a European Registered Toxicologist. Barbara continues to educate future ecotoxicologists as a lecturer at Rheinland-Pfälzische Technische Universität Kaiserslautern-Landau.
