Benjamin Hansberg

Benjamin Hansberg is a Principal Scientist at BASF, focusing on Hydrogen and Battery Materials. With extensive experience in process R&D and application technology, they have managed projects on electrode manufacturing for lithium-ion batteries and fuel cells. Benjamin earned a Diplom in Chemical and Process Engineering from Universität Karlsruhe (TH) and a Dr.-Ing. in Chemical Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Their previous roles include Research Associate at the University of Cambridge and EIGHT19 LIMITED, as well as a PhD student at KIT, where they researched organic photovoltaics.
