Benthe Costermans

Benthe Costermans is an HR Business Partner with a passion for diverse HR topics and people. They gained foundational experience as a job student at AXA Kantoor Kussé and later worked as a consultant at Hays, specializing in Accounting & Finance and Banking & Insurance. At BASF, Benthe served as an HR Business Partner, where they focused on talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives, while currently engaging as a stagebegeleider at AP Hogeschool Antwerpen. Benthe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a focus on Personnel Work from Artevelde Hogeschool Gent.
