Bettina Dr. Wester

Bettina Dr. Wester is a Senior Project Manager Safety at BASF, where they lead a dedicated team focused on enhancing occupational safety at the Ludwigshafen site. As a board member of BG RCI and chair of the Chemistry Advisory Board, Bettina participates in key decisions shaping safety standards in the industry. With a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from the Technical University of Munich, Bettina has held various positions in production and safety since 2007, including Deputy Plant Manager and Head of Operative Safety Service. Bettina’s commitment lies in transforming safety from a goal into a lived reality for all.
