Bo Liao

Bo Liao is an accomplished professional in the field of chemical engineering with extensive experience in management and research roles. Currently serving as Vice President at Shanghai Curui Low Carbon Energy Technology Co. Ltd since December 2022, Bo oversees general management, R&D, operations, and EHS. Bo has held various positions at BASF since November 2013, including Senior Plant Manager and Senior Research Manager, focusing on reaction engineering, polymer engineering, and chemical process optimization. Previous roles include Associate Professor at the Shanghai Advanced Research Institute, Professor at Jilin University, and Process Specialist at Bantrel. Bo holds a PhD and MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto, an MS from Tsinghua University, and a Bachelor's degree from Xiangtan University.
