Brandon Burgess

Brandon Burgess is an experienced operations compliance engineer currently working at BASF since December 2024. Prior to this role, Brandon held various positions at Delek US Holdings, Inc., including director of refinery operations, where strategic initiatives were developed to enhance productivity and compliance, and senior manager of refinery operations, focusing on integrated management systems. Brandon's earlier experience includes roles at Flint Hills Resources as a strategic asset engineer and systems reliability engineer, and at Tesoro, where responsibilities ranged from operator driven reliability coordination to shift supervision. Brandon holds a BA in Technical Management from DeVry University, earned between 2005 and 2007.
