Brian Klott is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Performance Materials North America at BASF Corporation. Previously, Brian held roles such as Senior Manager at American Axle & Manufacturing and Senior Human Resources Manager at Envista Holdings Corporation, where they implemented HR strategies across various sectors. Brian was appointed as a Commissioner for the State of Michigan's Certificate of Need Commission, advocating for large employers and influencing healthcare regulatory requirements.
