Brittany Lloyd, MBA, currently serves as the Global Head of Seeds Quality at BASF, the largest chemical company in the world, where responsibilities include leading quality initiatives in sustainable agricultural practices. With extensive experience in research and development, Brittany has contributed to significant advancements, such as establishing the first soybean cyst nematode (SCN) assays in greenhouse environments and creating innovative programs that reduce pesticide use and optimize workforce efficiency. Prior to BASF, Brittany worked as a Research Assistant at Syngenta, conducting critical assays and developing protocols to improve research efficiency. Brittany holds an MBA in Marketing and Leadership from North Carolina State University, a Master's degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Bachelor's degree in Botany/Plant Biology from North Carolina State University.
