Bryce Tyburski

Bryce Tyburski is currently engaged in the Professional Development Program at BASF, specializing in Chemical Engineering. In the second rotation, Bryce focuses on Continuous Improvement Engineering for ECR Automotive Refinish Coatings, emphasizing sustainable changes in cross-functional business processes. Previous experience includes a role as BASF 4.0 Implementation Specialist, where data integration using Python, SQL, and Power BI was developed to enhance site management for compliance. Bryce has been actively involved with the American Institute of Chemical Engineers at the University of Michigan, serving as Internal Vice President and Mentorship Co-Chair. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
