Caitlin Inwards is a certified Human Resources Leader currently serving as the Manager of Talent, Organizational Development/Learning & DEI at BASF Canada. With extensive experience in various HR functions, including Labour Relations, Recruitment, and Training & Development, Caitlin has successfully managed HR initiatives across multiple organizations, including Signature Aluminum Canada and DCL Corporation. They have a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, focusing on Organizational Behaviour and International Business. Caitlin holds several certifications, including as an Insights Discovery Practitioner and in Workplace Investigations through HRPA.
