Caitlin Wilding

Caitlin Wilding is an EHS&S Manager at BASF, where they implement programs to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Previously, they worked as an Environmental Project Manager at KJE and served as an EHS Specialist at BASF before advancing to their current role. Caitlin began their career as an Environmental Intern at Mounce & Associates. They hold a B.S. in Bioenvironmental Sciences from Texas A&M University and are currently pursuing an MBA in Management at Lamar University, maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
