Calista Preusser

Calista Preusser is currently the Business Excellence Lead in Operations at BASF, where they focus on facilitating the scale-up of emulsion polymers and optimizing production processes. They obtained a PhD in Polymer Reaction Engineering from Queen's University, where they also served as a Teaching Assistant and delivered lectures in Chemical Reaction Engineering. Prior to that, Calista gained experience as a Process Engineer co-op student at Celanese and participated in various engineering roles, including as a Failure Analyst at Ballard Power Systems. Their academic journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
