Carsten Hoff

Carsten Hoff is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and education, currently serving as a guest lecturer at Cooperative State University Mannheim, focusing on CRM, service management, and sustainability in the process industry. Previously, Carsten worked at BASF in various roles, including Head of Smart IT for digitalization and Director of Technical Design for non-ERP systems, where they led initiatives that enhance customer experience and streamline technical solutions. Carsten also held the position of wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter mit akademischem Abschluss at the University of Muenster early in their career, earning a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry with magna cum laude distinction from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster.
