Catherine Ivers

Catherine Ivers is a highly experienced quality control and assurance professional with a notable background in laboratory supervision and operations management. Currently serving as the Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor at BASF since September 2025, Catherine previously worked at Dechra from February 2022 to September 2025, where responsibilities included managing the Operational Quality team, overseeing batch production records, and leading supplier qualification programs. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Control Laboratory Manager and Supervisor at Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC/Ampharmco, and various analytical positions at Great Lakes Labs and Test America. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Saint Francis.
