César Cardoza

César Cardoza has extensive experience in process technology and operational leadership within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Process Technology Site Chief at BASF since February 2020, César leads product and process improvement strategies for automotive paint manufacturing. Prior to this role, César was the Process Technology Site Leader at Axalta Coating Systems, where responsibilities included coordinating global process technology communications and stakeholder engagement. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Director for Viva Pozole, where strategic planning was a key focus, and co-founding Bushel Secretos, where equipment procurement for the quick-service food sector was managed. César began professional career as Operations Department Manager at Procter & Gamble, overseeing the multiliquid unit operations and cross-departmental negotiations. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA in Strategic Direction and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from UWC-USA.
