Cheng-Le Zhao has a robust background in polymer science and materials development, with extensive experience at BASF since 1995. Cheng-Le held various positions including Research & Development Scientist in Polymer Colloids, Senior Research Associate in Polymer Dispersions, and Regional Head of Technology & Development before becoming Director of Technology & Development for Dispersions & Pigments.
