Chileshe Makasa is a dedicated Occupational Health and Safety professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment from Africa University Zambia. With five years of experience in developing and implementing effective safety protocols, they have held roles such as Environment, Health and Safety Facilitator at Steam House Western Cape and Health Safety Environment Coordinator at BSF and Southin Contracting Limited. Currently, Chileshe is a NEBOSH IGC student and serves as an Environment, Health and Safety Manager at BASF, demonstrating a strong commitment to creating safe and healthy work environments. Passionate about promoting a culture of safety excellence, Chileshe is also a mental health advocate.
