Chris Hofelt, Ph.D., DABT, has worked in agricultural regulatory affairs since 2011, currently serving as Team Leader for Global Registrations in Professional and Specialty Solutions at BASF. With over 30 years of experience in the environmental industry, Chris has held roles as a chemist, toxicologist, and educator. Before their current position, Chris worked as Product Registration Manager at BASF, facilitating key regulatory communications and product submissions. Chris also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at North Carolina State University, developing programs in Environmental Toxicology and Assessment. They hold a Ph.D. in Environmental Toxicology from North Carolina State University.
