Christian Oberwalder is the Head of Global Contract Management and Planning at BASF, a position held since 2011. They previously worked at BASF as a Lab Manager and Team Lead in Terrestrial Ecotoxicology from 1999 to 2009. Prior to this, Christian served as the Head of Quality Assurance at GAB Biotechnologie GmbH and as a Project Manager at GAB Biotechnologie from 1994 to 1998. Christian holds a Dr. sc. agr. degree in Agricultural Sciences from Universität Hohenheim, where they also completed postgraduate studies in plant pathology.
