Christina Kohlmann is currently the Head of Global Development Performance & Digital Solutions at BASF, where they lead innovation management and digitalization efforts. Previously, Christina held various roles at BASF, including Senior Manager of Global Projects & Scouting for Personal Care and Manager of Projects for Personal Care Europe. They contributed significantly to global strategic projects and digitalization roadmaps while also facilitating collaboration in R&D. Christina earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from RWTH Aachen University and has experience as a postdoctoral researcher and project manager in renowned institutions.
