Cornelia Schleth

Cornelia Schleth holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Philipps-Universität Marburg, which they completed in 2007. They have worked as a Research Chemist at Infinity Pharmaceuticals, focusing on the synthesis of new cancer drug analogs, before serving as a Postdoc at Ciba where they designed new synthetic routes for α-hydroxyketones. Cornelia then transitioned to BASF, where they held several roles including Laboratory Head, leading a research lab in Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers, and later as a Process Manager, overseeing process modifications and new introductions. Currently, they are involved in process research and development, innovating synthetic routes for photoinitiators and complex electroconductive polymers.
