Cory Mills

Cory Mills is an experienced agronomist with a strong background in drought tolerance research and cotton breeding. Mills served as a Research Scientist at Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc from May 2010 to February 2015, where experimental designs focused on testing hybrid performance under various irrigation treatments. Prior experience includes a position as a Research Associate at Texas Tech University, where Mills studied drought resistant characteristics in multiple crops, and various roles at BASF, including U.S. Cotton Breeding Agronomist Lead and NA Cotton Breeding Manager, emphasizing collaboration with business leadership to align breeding objectives. Mills also worked as a Cotton Breeder at Bayer Crop Science. Education includes a Bachelor's degree and a Doctor of Philosophy in Agronomy and Crop Science from Brigham Young University and Texas Tech University, respectively, as well as a Master's degree from The University of Georgia.
