Daniela Lima is currently the VP of Controlling, Supply Chain, and IT for the Performance Materials Division at BASF. With over 15 years of diversified experience in finance and accounting, Daniela has held various leadership roles within BASF, including Global Director of Finance & Controlling for Bioscience Research. Prior to joining BASF, Daniela managed customer portfolios at HSBC and began their career as a student trainee at Caixa Econômica Federal. Daniela obtained a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André and an MBA from Strong Educacional.
