Danielle DeBenedetto, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the University Recruitment Program Manager at BASF since March 2023, bringing extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Prior to BASF, Danielle held various roles at Selective Insurance from July 2017 to March 2023, including Early Career Program Manager, where responsibilities encompassed developing strategies for talent acquisition and managing programs to attract diverse candidates.
