David Tappa

David Tappa has extensive experience in the field of application technology and technical management within the printing and packaging sectors, currently serving as the Senior Application Technology Manager at BASF since February 2003. Prior positions at BASF include Technical Manager for Resins and Printing & Packaging, Group Leader for Technical Marketing, and Technical Service Specialist. Prior to joining BASF, David Tappa worked as a Chemist at Lawter, Inc. from June 1997 to February 2003. Academically, David Tappa holds a Master’s Degree in Polymers and Coatings Technology from Eastern Michigan University, earned between 2009 and 2016, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Carthage College, obtained from 1995 to 1999.
