Dawn Fraser

Dawn Fraser is a commercial agricultural lead with twenty-five years of experience in agronomy and breeding field trials, currently serving as the North America Cotton Breeding Lead at BASF. Previously, Dawn held roles as a Regional Agronomy Lead at Bayer Crop Science and a Cotton Breeder at Monsanto, where they developed high-yielding cotton varieties and held nine patents. Dawn's educational background includes a PhD in Plant Breeding and Plant Pathology, as well as a Master's degree in Plant Pathology, both from North Carolina State University, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Edinburgh. Throughout their career, Dawn has successfully managed teams focused on product development and provided agronomic support.
