Denise Lee, PSM I, FCCA, has extensive experience in finance transformation and process optimization across various industries. During tenure at Roche from May 2020 to March 2023, Denise served as a Business Process Manager - Finance, leading the implementation of advanced finance processes in 15 APAC countries. Prior experience at EY as a Business Consulting Manager included managing projects in finance transformation for Fortune 500 companies in the oil and gas sector, while also addressing process gaps for the world’s largest advertising agency group. Earlier roles at Deloitte and Sanofi provided expertise in risk management and agile methodologies, respectively. Currently, Denise occupies the position of Senior Manager, Service Delivery Optimization in Finance & Supply Chain Services at BASF since July 2025. Educational credentials include a high school diploma with distinction from SMK Aminuddin Baki and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, awarded with First Class Honours.
