Desislava Boubede

Desislava Boubede, Ph.D., is a seasoned Project Manager in New Technologies at BASF SE, where they focus on global marketing. Previously, Desislava served as a Lab Head in crop protection at BASF, leading teams in R&D and making significant contributions to herbicide projects. They began their postdoctoral career in medicinal chemistry at AbbVie and the Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung, specializing in organic synthesis and catalysis. Desislava earned a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Vienna, as well as multiple degrees in chemistry from Sofia University.
