Dr. Anne Freund has extensive experience in strategic planning and human resource management, having worked at BASF Coatings GmbH from May 2010 to September 2013 as a strategic planning staff member to the OD President. From September 2019 to May 2010, Dr. Freund held multiple roles within BASF, including positions in global business services, HR strategy, supply chain capability development, and project management focused on high-performance organization. Dr. Freund holds a PhD in Strategic Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, along with a Diplomkauffrau degree in Business Administration from the same institution. Additionally, Dr. Freund completed semesters abroad in Marketing and HR Management at ITESM Monterrey and James Madison University.
