Dr. Henning Urch has extensive experience in formulation development and application technology, serving as Global Development Manager for Herbicide Formulations at BASF from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they were a Laborleiter at BASF Grenzach GmbH, focusing on the formulation development of cosmetic UV-filters from 2008 to 2010. Dr. Urch also held positions as Application Technology Manager and Marketing Manager at BASF, specializing in new business development and marketing formulation technologies.
